Who we are

Allternit LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates services.allternit.com from Saint Paul, Minnesota. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website only — the Allternit platform (ai.allternit.com) and allternit.com have their own policies.

What we collect

Information you give us directly:

• Booking wizard. When you book a service, we collect your name, email address, business name, optional phone number, and the project details you type in (what you need, tools involved, timeline). The wizard sends this to a secure intake endpoint hosted on Cloudflare, which forwards it to our team so we can respond.
• Contact form. The contact page opens your own email app with your answers pre-filled. That message travels from your mail provider to our inbox (allternitpbc@gmail.com) — it does not pass through this website's servers.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, Stripe collects your card or bank details on its own checkout page. We receive a payment confirmation and the billing details Stripe shares with merchants; we never see or store your full card number.
• Communications. Emails and calls you exchange with us, and any materials you send us to scope work.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless page-view measurement service run by our hosting provider. It records which pages are visited and rough geographic information so we can see what documentation people actually read. It sets no cookies, collects no personal information beyond standard web-server-style metrics, does not track you across other sites, and is not used for advertising.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and scope the work you asked about
• To deliver booked services and communicate about them
• To process payments and issue invoices or receipts
• To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that make this site work (Cloudflare, which hosts the site and relays wizard submissions, and Stripe, which processes payments), each under their own privacy obligations.

Project data

Documents and business information you hand us during an engagement are used for that engagement only. Client work is kept confidential, and any access we need to your systems is scoped in writing before work starts. Ask us about fully local setups if your data cannot leave your building.

Retention & security

We keep inquiry and billing records only as long as needed to run the business and meet legal requirements, then delete them. The site is served over HTTPS and wizard submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email allternitpbc@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law (for example the California CCPA or the EU GDPR); those rights apply to you as well.
